What is your return policy?
We will refund the method of payment used for your purchase on only damaged and/ or defective items within five business days of delivery. Within that same window, you also have the option to obtain a credit to your MLiz Jewelry account for replacement or exchange on damages and defects.

Shipping Costs are not paid for on returns/ exchanges unless otherwise stated. Returns must be mailed back at the cost of the receiver. Please mail all returns to:

MLiz Material information
MLiz Jewelry is produced using 14K Gold filled metal, Sterling Silver, and Brass. All stones are natural and semi-precious. All natural elements are undyed and one of a kind.
14K Gold Filled metal is a higher quality, long lasting alternative to gold plated metal. Filled metal wire is a tubing of 14k Gold. This means that there is no coating that can wear off over time.
The Brass MLiz uses is jeweler’s brass. We choose this metal for its duality. It can be very shiny and it obtains a beautiful antique patina overtime. Jewelers brass is also easily cleaned. If you’re looking for a more natural method to shine your pieces, make a paste of iodized salt and white vinegar. Apply a drop of paste to a tooth brush and rub in a circular motion over the brass. In house, we use a product called Brasso.
All semi-precious stones are one of a kind. We do our best to match sister stones in earring pairs. Styles that implement large, thin, stones can be fragile. Some stones like druzy and geode may require extra attention to handling.

Wholesale Policies
All order cancellations and adjustments must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the order date. If you choose to cancel after ten days, you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. Return requests must be submitted in writing within 10 days of receiving your order. RA requests will only be submitted for damaged or defective goods. Photos will be required. Orders are photographed when packed for accuracy and missing item claims. Pricing is subject to change at any time according to material availability. Digital sales orders corresponding to handwritten trade show sales orders will reflect final wholesale pricing for that specific order.
